No Returns or Cancellations Due to the high demand and limited availability of our products, we do NOT accept returns or order cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Wrong Item Received If you have received the wrong product, we sincerely apologise for the mistake and will be happy to assist you. Please contact us using the information found on the back of your 'Thank You' card, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Packages Sent Back to Us If a package is returned to us for any reason, customers will be responsible for covering the shipping fees to have the package re-sent. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate to avoid delays and additional costs.

Incorrect Shipping Address We are NOT responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, customers will need to cover the cost of re-shipping. Please note that shipping insurance is void if an incorrect address was provided.

International Duties & Taxes Exasario is not responsible for any additional customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by your country. If these taxes are not paid and the package is sent back to us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund.

Shipping Insurance We offer optional shipping insurance for £2.99 at checkout, which covers your order against loss or damage in transit.

  • Insured orders: If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at exasariostore@gmail.com within 14 days of your expected delivery date. Valid claims will be resolved with a full refund or replacement within 5 business days. Please note that insurance does not cover delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather events, and is void if an incorrect address was provided.
  • Uninsured orders: Orders placed without shipping insurance are shipped at the buyer's risk once handed to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels on uninsured orders. For significant delays, please contact your carrier directly.

Lost, Unclaimed, or Damaged Packages Our liability for lost, unclaimed, or damaged packages depends on whether shipping insurance was purchased at checkout:

  • With insurance: You are covered — please file a claim within 14 days of your expected delivery date by emailing exasariostore@gmail.com.
  • Without insurance: Exasario is NOT responsible for lost, unclaimed, or damaged packages. Once an order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier, and any issues must be addressed directly with them.
