Shipping & Returns

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll keep you informed via email if there's any significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer free standard shipping across the UK and Europe. All shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Standard shipping typically takes 7–14 business days. Express shipping is available and typically arrives within 1–10 business days depending on your location. Please note that delivery estimates do not include processing time.

International Shipping
We ship to selected countries worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please be aware that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country upon arrival.

Order Tracking
Free standard shipping is untracked. If you'd like to follow your order's journey, tracked shipping is available at an additional cost — calculated at checkout. Once your tracked order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

🛡️ Insured Orders
Orders purchased with shipping insurance (£2.99 at checkout) are covered against loss or damage in transit. If your insured order is lost or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of your expected delivery date at exasariostore@gmail.com with your order number and any supporting photos. We will resolve your claim via a full refund or replacement within 5 business days.

Please note: insurance does not cover delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or weather disruptions. Insurance is also void if an incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout — please ensure your details are correct before placing your order.

📦 Uninsured Orders
Orders without shipping insurance are shipped at the buyer's risk once handed to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels on uninsured orders. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

If an incorrect address was provided, we are not responsible for misdelivered packages regardless of insurance status. If you need to correct your address before dispatch, contact us immediately at exasariostore@gmail.com. If a package is returned due to a failed delivery or incorrect address, additional shipping fees apply to resend and shipping costs are non-refundable.
