Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended. We will notify you of any significant delays via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates vary based on location and chosen shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days, while express shipping takes 1-10 business days (depending on where you live it may take even longer, this will be calculated on checkout). Please note that these estimates do not include processing time.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping times and rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24-72 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Delays & Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If you suspect your package was lost or stolen, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Information

Returns Due to Failed Delivery
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order. Refunds will not be issued for shipping costs.
